ORDER
(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.No.33704 of 2019 dated 09.03.2020 to the petitioner to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem District and to execute the order of this Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.33704 of 2019 dated 09.03.2020 and he was directed to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate for a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of order. Due to covid pandemic, the order copy was uploaded late and due to pandemic he was also unable to appear within the time. Thereby, petition has been filed seeking for extension of time.

3. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.33704 of 2019 dated 09.03.2020 is extended and the petitioner shall surrender before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem District, within fifteen days from the date of lifting of lockdown or else normal functioning of the Court whichever is earlier.
4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
