ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 09.06.2020 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offence under Sections 8(c) read with Section 20(b)(ii)(c), 25, 27A, 29(1) of NDPS Act 1985 in Cr.No.28 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused were found in illegal possession of 22 Kgs. of Ganja. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Coaccused has released on bail by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that this is the second bail application filed by the petitioner and commercial quantity of Ganja has been recovered from this petitioner along with other accused persons and co-accused has been released on bail by medical grounds. However, he opposed to grant bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the petitioner was found in possession of 22 Kgs. of Ganja, which is commercial quantity and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
