2. Heard the submissions of Mr. N.A.Nissar Ahmed learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

3. Mr.A.Kumar, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent would submit that the respondent would dispose of the appeal within a period of six weeks.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court directs the respondent to pass final orders on the appeal dated 19.08.2014 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
