O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kancheepuram to complete the trial in C.C.No.184 of 2016 within a stipulated period of time.

2. On the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police registered a case in Crime No.1313 of 2015 and after completing the investigation, have filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.184/2016 before the Judicial Magistrate I, Kancheepuram under Section 420 IPC against one Vasantha.

While so, the defacto complainant/petitioner has filed the present petition for a direction to the trial Court to complete the trial in a time bound manner.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the police have not been able to serve summons on the accused in C.C.No.184 of 2016, as the accused has been shifting her residence frequently. 4.This Court directs the respondent police to findout the accused and serve summons, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the accused absconds, the respondent police may submit a report to the trial Court, obtain warrant and secure the accused.
