ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to conduct the enquiry on the complaints dated 01.05.2021 and 04.05.2021 given by the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner sent a complaint dated 01.05.2021 to the first respondent through Registered Post and another complaint dated 04.05.2021 to the second respondent through mail. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that no action has been taken by the second respondent on both the complaints.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the second respondent has not received any complaint from the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner undertakes to file a fresh complaint before the second respondent.

5. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to

file a fresh complaint before the second respondent and the second respondent is directed to deal with the complaint according to law.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
