Advocate (Crl.

Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6264 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.7330 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 294(b) and 302 of IPC, in Crime No.16 of 2021, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
