The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has filed this petition without mentioning the crime number. Hence seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition with correct crime number.
