This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in para No.5(b) of the order dated 26.12.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.35822 of 2025. __________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in para 5(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No. 35822 of 2025 dated 26.12.2025 is modified to that effect that "the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on alternate days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders". The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is modified. 06-04-2026 MPA To The State Rep By, The Inspector of Police H-5, New Washermenpet Police Station, Chennai.
