CR NO.222 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/-(Rupees Two lakhs only) to the credit of crime no. 222 of 2020 before the learned district Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet, in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No. 9034 of 2021 by order dated 12/05/2021 on the file of this Honourable Court and thus render justice. Order :This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and No Appearance for the Petitioner and of THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.9034 of 2021 dated 12.05.2021 has ordered to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) to the credit of Cr.No.222 of 2020 before the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet.

2. No representation for the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent submits that the petitioner had not complied with the condition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

imposed by this court till now and hence, he vehemently opposed for modification of condition.

4. In view of no representation for the petitioner and noncompliance of the order dated 12.05.2021 in Crl.OP.No.9031 of 2021, this petition is liable to be dismissed and hence, this Petition is dismissed.
