2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that petition enquiry was conducted and closed on 09.08.2015, since the "seethana articles" claimed by the petitioner was returned by the opposite party. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
