ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.31663 of 2024 dated 24.01.2025 that the petitioner shall report Page No.1 of 4

before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31663 of 2024 dated 24.01.2025 is relaxed.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 16.04.2025 dk Page No.2 of 4
