3. Heard Mr.N.R.R.Arun Natarajan, learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent and Mr.T.S.Vijaya Raghavan, learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 8.

4. It is relevant to note that pursuant to the permission, granted in the impugned proceeding, suit in O.S.No.164 of 2016 was filed on the file of the Sub-Court, Bavani. Now, it is ripe for trial. Since the writ petitioner has already filed a written statement, and issues were also framed, trial Court is directed to decide the matter, as expeditiously as possible.

5. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 24/1/2023 mvs.
