2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation in Cr.No.302 of 2013 has been completed and Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhachalam for offences under Sections 294 (b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
