Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that "the petitioners shall appear before the Inspector general of police, IDOL Wing CID, Thiruchirapalli, daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders" imposed on 10.08.2018 in Crl.O.P.No. 19956 of 2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.L.RAMU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.KARTHIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition is for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.19956 of 2018 dated 10.08.2018.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioners, imposed a condition that the petitioners shall report before the Inspector General of Police, Idol Wing CID, Thiruchirapalli, daily at 10.30.a.m. until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl) on instruction submitted that the petitioners complied the conditions imposed by this Court. Hence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.19956 of 2018 dated 10.08.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the Inspector General of Police, Idol Wing CID, Thiruchirapalli once in a week, i.e., every Monday at 10.30.a.m. until further orders.
