When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation brought to the notice of this Court that the impugned suspension order has been revoked on 25.7.2022 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. The copy of the proceedings also has been communicated to the petitioner.

2. Recording the aforesaid statement of the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
