This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register an F.I.R., on the complaint dated 28.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 28.08.2015, it is seen that the opposite party is preventing the petitioner from repairing the drainage lines.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is under dialysis, as his kidneys have failed and the opposite party is not even allowing the petitioner to repair the drainage.

5. Further, it is seen that the complaint has been sent by post, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint in person to the respondent, who shall call both the parties and the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law.
