This criminal revision has been filed seeking to set aside the order dated 19.03.2020 passed under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. in Crl.M.P.No.582 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court (Additional Mahila Court), Salem. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In the light of the judgment of this Court in Nathan vs. Vaithinathan and others1, this revision petition against the order passed by the Magistrate under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. is not maintainable. However, it is open to the petitioner to file a private complaint and proceed under Section 200 Cr.P.C. The Magistrate shall consider the same without in any manner influenced by the order dated 19.03.2020 passed in Crl.M.P.No.582 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court (Additional Mahila Court), Salem.
