This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 15.05.2020 immediately and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.Heard Mr.M.Vignesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is being the complainant he is residing at Mumbai and he is not cooperating for interrogation. Therefore, the complaint is pending for enquiry.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police for enquiry and on his appearance, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
