Respondent Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose of the representation dated 04.08.2014 and consequently direct the respondent to pay the terminal benefits with 12% interest compoundable annually.

ORDER
The petitioner has again visited this Court seeking a direction to dispose of his representation dated 4.8.2014, in which he has made a twin prayer for payment of the arrears of Sixth Pay Commission recommendation benefits and the D.C.R.G. benefits, which have not been paid to him till now by the respondent.
2. Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondent.
3. This Court, considering the limited prayer, without going to the merits, accepting the request of the learned Special Government Pleader to grant four weeks time, hereby directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
