ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the first petitioner/Sarumathi shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter every Saturday at Page No.1 of 4

10.30 a.m., until further orders. The second petitioner /Mohan Babu shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.646 of 2025 dated 22.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.646 of 2025 dated 22.01.2025 is relaxed.
