The petitioners, alleging that they have been falsely implicated by the 2nd respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 384 IPC r/w 3 (1)(x) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989, seek a direction to the learned District and Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day of their surrender in connection with Crime No.405 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioners are prepared to surrender before the learned District and Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri, there shall be a direction to the learned District and Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri , to consider the bail applications to be submitted by the petitioners along with their surrender before that Court, on the same day, on merits and pass appropriate orders.
