ORDER

Today when the matter was taken up, Mr.S.Kishankumar is present before the Court. He has produced a copy of a Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.392, dated 20.06.2025.

2. Mr.Ramanlal, learned Additional Advocate General representing Mr.A.Anandan states that in terms of this Government Order, a sum of Rs.59,95,282/- has been directed to be released in favour of the contempt petitioner. The Government is yet to transfer the money to the petitioner on account of non-furnishment of bank details. Mr.Ramanlal, learned Additional Advocate General assures the court that on receipt of bank details, the amount will be transferred immediately.

3. Mr.Saravana Kumar states that the bank details will be furnished, during the course of the day either to Mr.Ramanlal or to Mr.A.Anandan.

4. Recording the aforesaid statements, this contempt petition is closed.
