Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the conditions that, petitioners shall deposit the 10% of their share of fine amount, with in a period of 2 months, instead of the petitioners shall deposit their share of the fine amount within a period of two weeks from their release, which was ordered in Crl.M.P.No.14216/2017 in Cr.A.No.419/2017 order dated 16.11.2017 by the Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.WILSON EASTER RAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.MATHAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this miscellaneous petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed

as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, if so, required.
