(CRIME NO.4/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed para 5(b) petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.7737 of 2022 dated 04.04.2022 in Cr.No.4 of 2021 on the file of the District Crime Branch, Namakkal.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.S.VIVEKANANDAM, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.J.SUBBIAH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.7737 of 2022 dated 04.04.2022. The condition was that the Petitioners have to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners have been regularly complying the condition. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the Respondent Police submits that the Respondent Police has no objection to relax the condition imposed.

Considering the fact that this is a case raised under Sections 420 and 506(1) of IPC and that the Petitioners are regularly complying with the condition as reported by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners, this Court is inclined to allow the Petition.
