(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender and to pay the deposit amount for further period as may be fixed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4443 of 2020 dated 27.02.2020.

2 It is seen that the order has been passed on 27.02.2020, directing the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) within a period of 15 days and it has been stated in the order that if the conditions are not complied within the stipulated time, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed. But the petitioner has not complied with the conditions and now this petition has been filed after a period of more than five months.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh application.
