ORDER

This writ petition is continuation to the order passed in W.P.No.9754 of 2017 etc., batch dated 07.06.2017. The grievance of the first petitioner herein has already been dealt with in the said writ petition, pursuant to which, work order has been

issued and therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous insofar as the said petitioner is concerned, having got the relief.

2.Now, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks a relief insofar as petitioners 5 and 6 are concerned. It appears, as agreed by the learned counsel, the other petitioners do not have the criteria for being considered. These two petitioners do not have the vehicles of the year 2017. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that work orders have already been issued. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that though work orders have been issued to such of the tenderers, who produced vehicles of the year 2017, many of them have not accepted the work orders and therefore, there is still possibility of considering others, based upon the tender offered along with registration of the vehicles.

4.Considering the said submissions made, the respondents shall consider the case of petitioners 5 and 6 as per law subject to the availability. Necessary orders will have to be passed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to state that such a decision is subject to verification of the records including verification of the registration of the vehicles. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
