This application has been filed to condone the delay of 117 days in re-presenting the written statement along with the documents filed by the defendants 1 and 2 in the above suit.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents have no serious objections in allowing this application.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the delay is condoned subject to the payment of costs of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) by the applicants/defendants 1 and 2 to the Siddha Clinic attached to the High Court, Madras on or before 05.06.2024.
