ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.08.2025 for the alleged offences under Sections 8(c), 22(b), 22(c), 25 and 29(1) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.564 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 2.30 gms of Methamphetamine. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case without any basis. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any condition and also ready to offer sureties imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 2.30 gms of Methamphetamine and there is no change in circumstances from the earlier bail application.

5. I have given anxious consideration to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side.

6. This Court is of the view that this Court could not find any change in circumstances to consider the bail application of the petitioner. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
