ORDER

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that inspite of best efforts of the petitioner, he could not pay the sum of Rs.10,000/- within two weeks as ordered by this Court, by the 1/4

order, dated 30.01.2026 and that if two more weeks is extended, he is ready to pay the amount and that the de facto complainant / wife will not be in a position to object to the same, I am inclined to extend the time in the absence of the other side.

2. It is made clear that if the other side objects and makes a mention before this Court, this order will be recalled.

3. With the above rider, time for the said payment of Rs.10,000/-, imposed by this Court earlier by the order, dated 30.01.2026, is extended by two weeks from the date of uploading of the web-copy of this order.

4. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly. 30.06.2026 grs 2/4
