ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to remove the name of the fourth respondent in the joint patta No.1014, in respect of survey No.39/1A2A of Nangudi Village, Srimushnam Taluk and Cuddalore District by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 17.11.2023.

2. With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that she has purchased the subject property from the fourth respondent. The fourth respondent has title for 21 cents. He sold 17 cents in favour of the petitioner and remaining 4 cents were already acquired by the Highway Authorities. Despite the same, the name of the fourth respondent is also included in the patta. In this regard, she has given a representation to the second Page No.2 of 4

respondent on 17.11.2023. But the same was not considered by the second respondent.

4. Heard Mr.V.Neethidurai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.11.2023 and pass orders after hearing the fourth respondent also, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
