2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, investigation in Crime No.636 of 2012 has been completed and the closure report is ready.
4. Hence, the respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the RCS notice on the de facto complainant and file the closure report before the jurisdictional Magistrate, within two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
