This petition is directed against the non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.7654 of 2017 dated 19.04.2017, which required the respondent to file a final report within a period of four months.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the final report has been filed in the matter and the matter stands closed as a mistake of fact. She further https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ submits that Referred Charge Sheet has also been served on
the petitioner.
3. Though there is some delay in complying the order, this Court is unable to see any willful disobedience of the order. Accordingly, the petition shall stand closed.
