The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 479 days in filing the criminal appeal against the judgment dated 14.10.2022 made in Spl.S.C.No.20 of 2021 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Needhimandram, Fast Track Mahila Court, Erode.

2. Ms.G.V.Kasthuri, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondent and has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the criminal appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
