Today, the matter was listed for being mentioned on the ground that inspite of specific direction issued by this Court, the 2nd respondent Sub Registrar is not entertaining any documents apart from registering the sale deed that was presented for registration after the order was passed in the writ petition.

In the considered view of this Court, paragraph 12 of the order has to be read as a whole where this Court made it very clear that there cannot be any bar for the petitioners to deal with the property subject to the conditions imposed in the order. Therefore, this order will not confine itself only to the Sale deed that was presented for registration and it will equally apply to any documents that are presented for registration before the 2nd respondent.
