845/2021 from the II Additional Subordinate Judge, Erode, in the presence of M/S.A.SUNDARAVADHANAN, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.S.KAITHAMALAI KUMARAN, Advocate for the Respondent,the court made the the following order:- This Court, by an order dated 18.08.2021, directed the learned II Additional Sub-Judge, Erode to dispose of suit in O.S.No.324 of 2014 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Since the said suit could not be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court, the Court below, by letter dated 08.11.2021, sought for further time. Hence, the matter is listed before this Court today.

2.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, time is extended for a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order of this Court.
