ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.4 has carried on an unauthorised construction, despite the lock and seal notice in respect of the property bearing Door No.52, Peddunaikkan Street, Kondithope, Chennai-79.

2. The respondents have not filed any counter-affidavit over last three years.

3. On our query, the learned counsel appearing for the Corporation of Chennai states that the matter would be looked into and if any unauthorised construction is still existing, action in accordance with law will be taken. The exercise be completed within a period of two months of the receipt of this order.
