The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner never approached the respondent for settlement. She is ready to argue the matter even today.

2. However, on the contrary, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had in fact approached the respondent for settlement. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that she is led by a Senior counsel and on that ground she seeks for a short adjournment.

3. Both the learned counsels are yet to file their notes of submissions. Both the learned counsels are directed to file their brief notes of submissions along with the authorities they rely upon before the next hearing date.

4. Post the matter on 26.07.2023.

5. It is made clear that no further adjournment will be granted in this matter.
