This petition has been filed to quash the FIR No.706 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, R5 Virukambakkam Police Station, Saligramam, Chennai.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that investigation is completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate XXIII, Saidapet, Chennai. 3.

In view of the same, the prayer sought for the petitioner has become infructuous and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
