ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Court had called for the report from the Jailer, Sub-Jail, Ariyalur.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on instructions, they have enquired with the prison authorities as to why the accused in this case has not been released on bail even after executing his own bond and obtaining the prison copy. Mr.K.Pandiyan, the Assistant Jailer of the Sub-Jail, Ariyalur, had submitted that this was the first order in which they have been directed to release the accused on own bond and as an abundant caution the Jail Authorities have approached the learned Principal Judge Court and after getting clearance from the Court they have released the accused immediately and he submitted that the Jail Authorities have no intention to disobey the order of this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the submissions so made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
