ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 1 st respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 10.07.2024, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for including his name in the patta with respect to the subject property.

2.Heard Mr.L.Mouli, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 1 st respondent.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the judgment passed by the competent Civil Court in OS.No.61 of

3/5 2013, dated 21.02.2019, on the file of the Sub Court, Pollachi and A.S.No.53 of 2019 dated 23.04.2021, on the file of the Principal District Court, Coimbatore, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit an online application before the 1 st respondent with all particulars. The 1 st respondent on receipt of the same, shall pass appropriate orders after giving opportunity to the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the online application from the petitioner.
