ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2730 of 2025 dated 12.03.2025. 2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation. 4.Considering the submissions made on either side and finding that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in the order, dated 12.03.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.2730 of 2025 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dharmapuri for a period of three weeks at 10.30 a.m. All other conditions remain unaltered. 20.06.2025 vv2 Page No.2 of 4
