Side), appearing for the 1st respondent police, submitted that the investigation in Crime No.1062 of 2013 was completed and the case was closed as ''mistake of fact'' on 18.06.2016, and a closure report has been filed before the Judical Magistrate Court No.VI, Coimbatore.
