J U D G M E N T
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN,J.) The appeal has been filed by the appellant-wife against the order of decree for judicial separation, in a petition filed by her seeking divorce by the learned II Additional Principal Family Judge, Family Court, Chennai in F.C.O.P.No.799 of 2002. 2.
The respondent-Husband appeared in person before this Court today and expressed that he has no objection for grant of divorce apart from making an endorsement, which reads as follows:- "The decree of judicial separation alone has been granted. I have no objection for granting dissolution of my marriage held on 21.08.2000 with the appellant."

In view of the endorsement made by the respondenthusband, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is allowed granting the decree of dissolution of marriage with the appellant wife dated 21.08.2000. No costs.
