This application has been filed to appoint a Receiver, namely, Mr.Sameer Naik of the applicant to seize and deliver the vehicle Sony 220 Excavotor, Machine Serial No.17SEY022035791, available at the respondent's premises or wherever found and permit the Receiver, namely, Mr,Sameer Naik of the applicant to obtain Police aid and to break open of premises.

2. Today, when the Application is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant through video conferencing seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Application.
