This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.192 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, on instructions from the Investigation Officer, submitted that on completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tindivanam in C.C.No.718 of 2025.
