O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent police herein i.e. The Inspector of Police, P-6 Kodungaiyur Police Station, Chennai 600 118 to register the case pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 03.09.2013 in pursuance of the earlier direction passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.32295 of 2016, dated 13.12.2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. It is seen that this petitioner has given a complaint dated 03.09.2013 and had approached this Court in Crl.O.P.No.32295 of 2013, in which this Court had passed the order dated 13.12.2013. It is the grievance of the petitioner that even though he had given a complaint as early as 03.09.2013 and has approached this Court in Crl.O.P.No.32295 of 2013, yet the police have not done any enquiry on his complaint.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 03.09.2013 given by the petitioner, the petition enquiry has been conducted and closed as early as 28.02.2014. A copy of the Closure Report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.

Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
