This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the third respondent to handover the keys of the petitioner Hospital for re-opening the hospital.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
