Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to forthwith handover the keys of the petitioner Hospital for re-opening the hospital and consequently direct the first and second respondents to grant permission to run the petitioner hospital for giving treatment to the Covid-19 patients.

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the third respondent to handover the keys of the petitioner Hospital for re-opening the hospital.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
