This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the third respondent police viz., the Inspector of Police, Karimangalam Police Station, Dharmapuri District to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner to the first respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. In view of the order passed by this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., -Vs- The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and another https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner set out in Sugesan (supra).
