ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.C.Munusamy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar, learned State Government Pleader assisted by Mr.K.Karthik Jegannath, learned Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 and 2.
2. Learned State Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that encroachments were found in the lands in S.Nos.259/1B and 71/9 situated at Kottapoondi Village. Upon the survey being conducted, Form I notice has been issued on 23.04.2024 and further steps, in accordance with law, would be undertaken to remove the encroachment.
3. In view of the fact that steps are being undertaken, no further orders are necessary in the present petition. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs. (S.V.G., CJ.) (J.S.N.P., J.) 24.04.2024 Index :
