No.278 /2021 filed by the petitioner pending before the Debt Recovery Tribunal of Coimbatore.

ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The grievance of the petitioner is that the property furnished by the petitioner by way of security to obtain credit facilities from the first respondent bank has been sold at an undervalue.
2. It is evident that the petitioner has approached the appropriate Debts Recovery Tribunal questioning the sale. In the fitness of things, it is such Tribunal that should be left free to decide the matter.

3. Accordingly, the merits of the present petition are not gone into and the petitioner is left free to request the relevant Debts Recoery Tribunal to take up the petitioner's application for interim orders as expeditiously as it may be convenient to the Tribunal.
W.P.No.12602 of 2021 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
